COACH DAGNE BARTON is a passionate woman about God’s business. She is a founding member at New Life in Christ Church serving since 2003 as the Executive Assistant to the Bishop and Director of Communications. She is a motivational speaker and published author of “Phenomenal Woman...Gurl That’s U!” where she introduced the concept of embracing your S.H.I.N.E. (Special Happening Inside Nobody Else). Her second book A GURL with a PLAN is a Journal and Undated planner that helps anyone GET IT DONE!
She is the founder of ValUAdded Coaching and Consulting where she serves multiple clients in personal and professional development as they conquer their goals and God-given purpose. She conducts training and development workshops/seminars empowering participants to DO the thing they were created to do. She has over 30+ years’ experience in Administration, IT. Training and Development.
Dagne has her BS in Business Administration from Austin Peay State University; and her Masters in Non-Profit Leadership from Webster University. She is a certified LifeCoach and licensed Minister at New Life in Christ Church.
She lives in O’Fallon, Illinois and is happily married to Isadore Barton, Jr. and they share a beautiful, blended family of adult children and grandchildren on both coasts and in the Midwest. She is determined to add value and make a difference in every aspect of her life as a wife and mother; as a leader and maximizer; and in her community as a LifeChanger, encourager and mentor.
