Coach Dagne Barton is a woman passionate about God's business, empowering people, and helping others discover and fulfill their God-given purpose. With more than 30 years of experience in administration, information technology, leadership, and training and development, Dagne is the Founder and CEO of ValUAdded Coaching and Consulting, where Purpose Meets Aligned Strategy. Through business and personal coaching, consulting, speaking engagements, and interactive training workshops, she equips individuals, businesses, churches, schools, and organizations to turn vision into action, strengthen leadership, and achieve meaningful results.

A founding member of New Life in Christ Church since 2003, Elder Dagne serves as Executive Assistant to Bishop Geoffrey V. Dudley, Sr., and Director of Communications & Events. She is an ordained Elder and continues to serve in ministry leadership, strategic planning, mentoring, and the development of others.
Dagne earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Austin Peay State University and her Master's degree in Nonprofit Leadership from Webster University. She is also a Certified Life Coach.
She resides in O'Fallon, Illinois, with her husband, Isadore Barton, Jr. Together, they share a beautiful blended family of adult children and grandchildren across the country. Her mission is simple: help people recognize their worth, align their purpose with action, and DO what they were created to do!
