2025 was a year of movement, growth, and grace. It all started with a yes I gave the Lord at the beginning of January 2025 and partnering with Lecia to bring Get Up Gurl to life—not only for myself, but for the countless women who have shared with me how Get Up Gurl shifted something in them. It truly changed the trajectory of the rest of the year. This has been one of the most impactful years of my life. This year took me places—physically, professionally, and spiritually.
